LBA Hospitality Welcomes Tonya Dyer as Vice President of Human Resources

Dothan, Ala. | January 27, 2026  LBA Hospitality is pleased to announce the appointment of Tonya Dyer as Vice President of Human Resources. Dyer joined the company on January 20, 2026, bringing more than 20 years of human resources leadership experience across manufacturing, education, and multi-site operations.

In her role, Dyer will oversee human resources strategy across LBA’s hotel and food and beverage portfolio, with a focus on associate development, leadership support, compliance, and aligning people strategy with business growth.

Throughout her career, Dyer has led initiatives in organizational development, employee engagement, workforce planning, and culture transformation. She is known for building people-first cultures rooted in transparency, accountability, and trust.
