As Vice President of Human Resources for LBA, Tonya brings more than 20 years of progressive human resources leadership experience across manufacturing, education, and multi-site operations. She is known for building people-first cultures, strengthening leadership capability, and aligning talent strategy with business growth.

Throughout her career, Tonya has led initiatives in organizational development, employee engagement, compliance, workforce planning, and culture transformation. Her approach is rooted in transparency, accountability, and the belief that strong organizations are built by investing in people.
