From the very start of her career with LBA, Farrah flourished in the nurturing environment created by the company’s core beliefs, philosophies and associate focused policies. Her roles and responsibilities have changed over her 20-year tenure with LBA, but one thing has remained constant – a top-down commitment to putting associates and guests first.
Farrah oversees the Operations, Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management and Human Resource departments, leading by example to ensure the continuation of the LBA culture throughout the company. Farrah is a board member of The Residence Inn Association (TRIA) as well as the Hilton Garden Inn Owner Advisory Council. She serves on a number of renovations, design and construction committees for other major brands, giving LBA insight into the needs of the next generation of travelers. She also fosters owner relationships and is involved in the development of new hotels, creating growth opportunities for LBA teams. As a way to give back and serve the communities that have welcomed LBA and nurtured the company’s success, Farrah leads the company-wide initiative LBA C.A.R.E.S (Caring Associates Ready and Empowered to Serve).
When not at the office or helping run the family farm with her husband, Farrah loves to travel, go to the beach and spend time with family and friends. She also enjoys cooking and has a knack for replicating her favorite dishes from restaurants.
