LBA and 3H Group Launch Hilton’s First LivSmart Studios in Tullahoma
July 8, 2025 | Tullahoma, TN – LBA Hospitality is proud to celebrate the grand opening of LivSmart Studios by Hilton Tullahoma, the very first hotel under Hilton’s newest long-stay brand. The 89-room property, developed by longtime partners 3H Group, marks an exciting milestone in Hilton’s growing extended-stay portfolio—and LBA is honored to serve as the hotel’s management company.
Designed for guests staying 10 nights or more, LivSmart Studios offers a fresh approach to long-term accommodations, blending the comfort and efficiency of apartment-style living with Hilton’s signature hospitality. Each suite features a full kitchen, spacious storage, and flexible furniture to help guests live, work, and relax with ease. Public spaces are purposefully crafted with long-stay travelers in mind, including a guest laundry area, retail market, fitness center, and outdoor gathering space with fire pits and grills.
LBA has a long-standing history of supporting first-in-brand hotel launches, including opening and managing the original Home2 Suites by Hilton in Fayetteville, NC, and most recently, the debut Hyatt Studios in Mobile, Alabama. The opening of LivSmart Studios by Hilton marks another proud milestone in that legacy.
