Toni Titus, CRME

Toni joined LBA in February of 2021 as Regional Director of Revenue Management, bringing a wealth of knowledge and even more passion.  From the first time Toni laid her eyes on revenue management reporting – a Mix of Business by Day of Week Report, to be exact – she knew she had found her career path.  That passion has only grown over the years. It’s propelled Toni to overcome challenges, which has proven to be her success factor.  Toni believes, “life begins at the end of your comfort zone.”  It’s this mindset that drives Toni to take on learning opportunities and boost herself to the top of her field.

Toni has mastered several revenue optimization systems for major hotel chains, including Hilton, Marriott, IHG, Choice, La Quinta, and Wyndham.  She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) degree from the University of Arkansas. She later attended the Study Abroad program with the University of Arkansas Master of Information Systems, where she added a focus on eCommerce to her repertoire.  In 2011 Toni received her Certified Revenue Management Executive (CRME) certification from the Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International (HSMAI).

When Toni is not working, you will find her spending time with family and friends, hosting dinner parties, and making plans to cross items off her extensive bucket list.  Toni is also an avid outdoor adventurist and enjoys hiking, kayaking, and camping.
