More than 25 years ago, Scott Reid got his start in the hospitality industry working as a night auditor in college. Since then, his leadership and determination have pushed him forward and given him the opportunity to work with numerous outstanding hospitality companies. After a previous seven-year stint with LBA Hospitality, Scott is delighted to be rejoining the team as Vice President of Operations Support. For his success, Scott credits both his faith and his parents for setting great examples to follow.
In his current role, Scott oversees the activities and workflow of the Corporate Director of F&B, the Regional Engineering team, and the Task Force Management team. Additionally, he is responsible for the development and implementation of an Operations Game Plan focused on process improvements that will successfully impact brand and owner relations.
Having earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (BSBA) in hospitality and tourism management from Appalachian State University in Boone, North Carolina, Scott has gone on to win awards and gain certifications in his career, including LBA Region of the Year and Certified Rooms Division Executive (CRDE). However, he considers his biggest professional accomplishment to be the hiring and development of future leaders.
Scott looks at raising an amazing daughter and son who not only are outstanding student athletes but also compassionate, caring, and empathetic human beings as his highest personal achievement. An adventurer at heart, Scott has visited all 50 states and loves traveling with his kids, visiting local breweries, and listening to live music. You also might find him hiking with Skye, his Aussiedoodle, or attending a Carolina Panthers or Appalachian State football game in the fall.
