Sarah Boyles

Human Resources Manager Sarah Boyles sums up her business philosophy with the saying, “Work hard in silence. Let success make the noise.” Sarah’s mom helped cultivate the values of hard work, humility and integrity in her from an early age, and Sarah reflects her mother’s strength and caretaking spirit in her ongoing efforts to foster a culture of meaningful associate engagement.

Sarah began her hospitality career almost 20 years ago, working the evening shift as a front desk associate during her final internship for Grand Valley State University. Eventually, she worked her way up to the position of guest services manager, and then general manager, for the hotel where she got her start. In 2012, she took on the GM position at a property still in development, guiding the hotel through its grand opening and inaugural year of operations. Most recently, Sarah served as the Director of Human Resources and Training for 3H Group, supporting associates throughout the company’s entire portfolio of properties.

In 2009, Sarah was honored by 3H Group as General Manager of the Year, and her extensive property-level expertise uniquely positions her to make authentic connections with colleagues and empower others to provide uncompromising, top-quality service. Having joined LBA Hospitality in 2021 during the 3H Group alliance, Sarah is leveraging her nearly two decades of hospitality experience to support LBA with human resources initiatives from recruitment and training programs to benefits and associate engagement.

In addition to spin class and leisurely bike rides along the Tennessee River, Sarah also enjoys hiking, dining out, and attending concerts and other live entertainment events, especially cheering on the Atlanta Braves. She resides in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
