NOELLE HALL, CRME

Noelle Hall, Regional Director of Revenue Management, joined the LBA team in November 2023. With a focus on driving performance, managing yield controls, and supporting property teams, Noelle is instrumental in enhancing hotel revenue and profitability. Her role also involves participating in annual budget preparation and monthly forecasting, showcasing her expertise in revenue strategies.

After graduating from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Noelle began her career in the hospitality sector, serving in various capacities, including Revenue Director and Regional Revenue Director. This diverse experience forms the backbone of her current role at LBA, equipping her with invaluable insights and skills.

Noelle has been recognized for her exceptional performance and has a variety of accolades, such as Manager of the Quarter and Most Improved STR Results. One favorite career moment was being selected to attend the Hilton F & B Conference in Napa Valley, California, to choose house beverages for the company.

Noelle’s biggest role model is her mother, Sandy Williams, affectionately known as “Sassy.” From Sassy, Noelle learned the values of independence, resilience, determination, and the importance of not giving up and always seeking the good in everyone. Noelle’s guiding principle in life and work is never to let others determine her opinions, emphasizing the importance of personal judgment and responsibility.

Outside work, Noelle engages in nourishing activities for her mind, body, and spirit, including reading, practicing Pilates, and Bible study. She often spends her weekends cheering on her children at their sporting events, watching Auburn football, leading a Life Group at her church, and catching up on sleep.
