Mikhele Trice brings both people skills and project management expertise to her role as a Human Resources Manager for LBA Hospitality. Though a self-proclaimed introvert, she credits her mother, her biggest role model, with teaching her to reach out to others to make a difference. Putting this lesson into practice, Mikhele was chosen as a mentor for young girls during her senior year of high school and selected to serve on the Wiregrass Museum of Arts Community Advocacy Committee.

Mikhele joined the LBA team in December 2019 as a Human Resources Administrative Assistant. In her current role, she provides support to the Human Resources team, initiates the hiring process for above-property positions and manages interactions with TalentReef, ESS and Indeed.

Prior to joining LBA, Mikhele learned to work with people diplomatically and effectively while serving as a national account coordinator in the moving industry. In this role, she also learned how to manage multiple demands and projects at the same time while consistently providing exceptional service to her clients and customers. These skills have followed her wherever she goes, which tracks with her favorite quote, “Bloom where you are planted.” Mikhele is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Services from Troy University.

When she’s not exploring new cities or adding museums to her must-see list, Mikhele can be found catching up on her guilty pleasure—reality TV. She also enjoys dancing, reading and watching documentaries. While Mikhele’s mind delights in another hobby, researching random facts, her heart belongs to her sassy Morkie (Maltese and Yorkshire Terrier mix), Ande.
