MIKHELE TRICE, SHRM-CP
Mikhele Trice brings over six years of dynamic human resources expertise to her role as a Human Resources Manager at LBA Hospitality. Since joining LBA in December 2019 as a Human Resources Administrative Assistant, her dedication and skill have propelled her into her current managerial position, where she provides strategic support, fosters compliance, and ensures smooth HR operations.
Before LBA, Mikhele served as a National Account Coordinator at Coleman Worldwide Moving, developing a keen ability to manage multiple demands while delivering exceptional client service.
Mikhele credits her mother, her greatest role model, with teaching her the importance of reaching out to others to make a difference. This belief is the foundation of her personal mantra, “Bloom where you are planted,” which guides her commitment to cultivating positive change wherever she goes.
Her dedication to both LBA and her community is a testament to this philosophy. Mikhele serves on the board of trustees at the Wiregrass Museum of Art, the Visit Dothan board, and the advisory board for the Southeast Alabama Child Advocacy Center. She is also a member of the Dothan Alumni Cohort through The Wiregrass Foundation. Her leadership roles include being an alumna of Leadership Dothan Class XLI and the Alabama Leadership Initiative Class VI.
This unwavering dedication to creating a positive impact was recognized and celebrated when Mikhele was honored as a 2023 Prelude by the Tri-State Juneteenth Expo and named a 2024 20 Under 40 recipient by the Dothan Area Chamber of Commerce.
A lifelong learner, Mikhele is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human services from Troy University and holds certifications from the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM-CP) and the National Council for Mental Wellbeing (Certified Mental Health First Aid).
Outside of work, Mikhele enjoys exploring new cities, indulging in reality TV, and spending time with her family and friends.
