In her current role, Melanie works at the intersection of revenue, operations, sales, and marketing to develop cohesive strategies that elevate property performance while strengthening LBA’s brand presence. Her work spans F&B and lifestyle positioning, public relations, corporate communications, social media strategy, and the development of original corporate training and internal communications initiatives that support and reinforce LBA’s culture. Through creative storytelling and strategic messaging, Melanie helps shape how the company presents its brand and values to both external audiences and internal teams.
With experience across both property-level and corporate initiatives in F&B, sales, and digital marketing, she develops integrated strategies that drive alignment and performance across the organization. She is a Certified Hospitality Digital Marketer (CHDM) and Certified Hospitality Sales Professional (CHSP), and remains deeply engaged in industry trends while supporting and mentoring marketing initiatives across LBA’s portfolio.
Outside of work, Melanie enjoys spending time with her family, cheering on her daughter at competitive volleyball tournaments, traveling, attending live shows, and gathering with friends over a great meal.
