Mary Ewing

Mary brings her expertise in high volume, high end, multi-platform operations to her role as Corporate Director of Food and Beverage. As a resourceful leader, she is able to foster the mission of providing quality service in beautiful and comfortable settings for guests to enjoy during their stay with LBA.

Throughout her career, Mary served as the executive on several teams including Executive Director of two large non-profit organizations, Vice President of Operations for a North Carolina Marketing firm, producing large festivals and events and the owner and operator of a 40,000 square foot jazz restaurant in the famous French Quarter of New Orleans.
