JODI GOERTZ

As Regional Director of Sales, Jodi Goertz has developed a deep passion for the true meaning of hospitality. Her powerful work ethic, positive attitude and heart for hospitality were inspired by her uncle and role model, a restauranter who serves as Jodi’s biggest career cheerleader and confidant.

Jodi joined LBA in 2023, and she brings expertise working with both full service and focused service hotels to her role supporting property sales directors across South Carolina, North Carolina, and the Delta Hotel in Ashland Kentucky. A Staten Island native, Jodi relocated to Greenville, South Carolina, in 2015 and fell in love with hospitality after moving to the Deep South. She is a seasoned sales director skilled in hospitality management, CRM, search engine analytics, digital marketing, and administration.

Most recently, Jodi served as Director of Sales Support for a hospitality management company, helping the hotel sales teams within her purview to realize their goals. Her areas of expertise include onboarding, budgets, training, and supporting properties in their efforts to convert market share. She holds a bachelor’s degree in International Business from SUNY Empire State College and brings seven years of hospitality sales experience to her role at LBA.

An outdoors enthusiast, Jodi enjoys hiking, camping, off-roading in her Jeep, taking day trips to the beach and spending summers on the water at Lake Jocassee. When she isn’t hitting the trails with her Great Pyrenees, Craven, she often spends her weekends painting, staining and refurbishing furniture finds from thrift stores and yard sales.
