As Digital Marketing Manager, Emma Moore believes in being strong when everything seems to be going wrong. She also believes in the promise that tomorrow brings a new day. Both Emma’s tenacious attitude and positive outlook were inspired by her grandmother, who worked as a registered nurse for more than 25 years and helped cultivate Emma’s belief in selfless service and offering support to others.
Emma joined LBA Hospitality in 2022, and she is eager to combine her love for the hospitality industry with her marketing expertise. Her primary responsibilities include supporting LBA’s e-commerce department with the execution of photoshoots, acquiring extranet access for hotel teams, managing the content optimization process for partnering properties and supporting ongoing marketing operations across the company. An experienced marketing coordinator with a demonstrated history of work promoting the facility service sector, Emma is skilled in public relations, lead generation, social media and CRM management. Looking ahead, she plans to pursue awards and accolades within the communications sphere on behalf of LBA.
With a bachelor’s degree in public relations and applied communications from the University of South Carolina, Emma brings four years of marketing and communications experience to her role at LBA. Most recently, she served as marketing coordinator for 360clean—a commercial janitorial company based in Charleston, South Carolina.
A fan of boating, scuba diving and outdoor adventures, Emma spends most weekends hanging out on Folly Beach, South Carolina, or exploring the sights in Charleston, where she resides. Emma also enjoys attending concerts and music festivals, and often can be found hanging out with her four-year-old tuxedo cat, Hooks, who serves as Emma’s faithful sidekick.
