Elaine Myers

As Regional Director of Operations, Elaine is dedicated to building a dynamic team of professionals through hands-on training and development. Drawing on her own natural eagerness to succeed, she encourages associates to reach higher levels of success, which in turn fuels the continued growth and profitability of LBA.

Elaine joined the LBA team in 2004 as Director of Sales for the Holiday Inn in Dothan, Alabama. She spent two years in this position before pursuing other roles within the company to gain additional experience in hospitality. Transitioning from Sales to Operations, Elaine went on to work as an Assistant General Manager, General Manager and Area Manager. In 2015, she was named General Manager of the Quarter and presented the award for Hotel of the Year.

In her current position, Elaine supports several properties, including Hilton, Marriott and Hyatt hotels in the southeast United States. Her responsibilities include working with each hotel team and their leadership to maximize both top-line revenue and bottom-line house profit. Elaine also assists with training and development of associates, budgeting, capital projects, forecasting and implementing strategies to ensure guest satisfaction.

In her free time, Elaine loves spending time with family and actively watching her two daughters grow and pursue their dreams. She also enjoys the adventure of travel, as well as close-to-home past times such as shopping, going to the beach and watching football.
