Cindy Edenfield, CPA

With more than three decades of experience, Cindy uses her expertise to achieve maximum efficiency and compliance in the fast-paced flow of financial statements and accounting processes for LBA properties and the company’s construction division.

After earning a degree in accounting from Florida State University and a Master of Business Administration from Troy State University at Dothan, Cindy embarked on her career in public accounting. After 10 successful years, she made the transition to the construction industry, where she spent another decade honing her skills to the challenging new environment. A Certified Public Accountant licensed in Florida and Alabama, Cindy then used this ideal mix of experience to join LBA.

As Director of Hotel Accounting since 2009, Cindy has become an integral part of the LBA finance team. She oversees the preparation of hotel payrolls, financial statements, sales and use related tax returns, and the payment of invoices. In supervising the accounting department associates, Cindy provides ongoing support, particularly during month-end closing processes. She is an administrator for M3 Time Management, M3 Accounting Core and Skylight Pay Cards, and facilitates the flow of data throughout the hiring process.

Beyond the numbers, Cindy enjoys working on a variety of home improvement projects. She also loves staying fit and being active in the great outdoors, and cherishes time with her two daughters and three dogs.
