Chef Chris Moore

As LBA’s Corporate Director of Food & Beverage, Lifestyle and Full Service Brands, Chris Moore is putting her creativity and passion for the culinary arts to work curating an elevated dining experience for our brands. Driven by the belief that “you are only as good as you leave something,” Chris is committed to enhancing both the guest and the Team Member experience at each property she supports.

Chris came to LBA in 2023 and brings over 20 years of culinary experience to her role heading up F&B for our Lifestyle Brands. In her position, Chris will work closely with property F&B leaders to ensure product quality and consistency, develop strategies and goals, create tactical plans for growth and cultivate food, beverage and service offerings that are unparalleled across the industry.

Before joining the team at LBA, Chris served as Director of Culinary Operations for a leading hospitality group, where she oversaw the development and support of property executive chefs, implemented new systems to streamline F&B operations and played an integral role concepting restaurants for new hotel openings. A lover of classic fiction, she earned a degree in English Literature from Chicago’s DePaul University before pursuing chef training at Kendall College of Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management. In 2021, Chris was honored as Stars of the Industry Best New Culinarian, which she regards as a standout moment in her professional career. She was also a featured chef for Sweet Grown Alabama and holds active memberships with the American Culinary Federation and Southern Foodways Alliance.

An avid Chicago Cubs fan, Chris enjoys spending her weekends cheering for the Cubbies, attending Minor League Baseball games, hanging out with her dog and hitting farmers’ markets. She also has a growing collection of vinyl and appreciates any excuse to frequent her local record stores.
