Brian Trimpey’s career has been shaped by the work ethic and compassionate tenacity modeled by both his mother and father from an early age. As Regional Director of Revenue Management for LBA, Brian reflects his parents’ commitment to others in his ability to foster a culture of associate and customer engagement. He also exemplifies values developed while achieving the rank of Eagle Scout and is known for his loyalty, teamwork, communication skills and ability to lead by example.
Brian began his career in hospitality working as a manager in the food and beverage and front office sectors before expanding his focus to guest services, operations and revenue. In 2008, he embarked on a 13-year term working in revenue analytics for a third-party property management group. Most recently, Brian serviced an extensive portfolio of Hilton and Marriott properties in his role as Regional Director of Revenue Strategy. In his new position, he will oversee revenue management operations for hotels in markets throughout the Southeast.
Since joining LBA in 2021, Brian has focused on leveraging his more than 25 years of hospitality experience to help properties in his territory boost occupancy, analyze market share and grow revenue while enhancing the guest experience. He is trained in the art of crucial conversations and spends a portion of his free time mentoring young scouts and teaching outdoor survival skills. As a leader and a scoutmaster, Brian believes the best way to move forward in life is to stop looking back.
When he isn’t molding the minds of tomorrow, Brian often can be found camping, traveling, grilling, working in the yard and tackling home improvement projects and renovations. He resides in Bellevue, Nebraska, and most enjoys spending time with his wife, three children, two grandsons, parents and other extended family.
