Brenda Osborne, CRME
As a Regional Director of Revenue Management, Brenda knows the key to success is hard work and determination – that of the individual and of the team they have working alongside them. Fully embracing LBA’s core values and culture of continuous growth, she is dedicated to achieving the best top-line results for each unique hotel see oversees.
Brenda started her career in hospitality at the front desk, where she learned to love the industry. She moved into catering followed by sales and then quickly advanced into leadership roles. She now has over 15 years of experience as Director of Sales for several full-service, select service and extended stay properties, including DoubleTree, Embassy Suites, and Aloft Denver International Airport, which she helped open. Brenda eventually transitioned into a revenue role, serving as Senior Regional Revenue Manager for White Lodging and Regional Revenue Manager at Stonebridge.
Brenda joined LBA in 2016 and now oversees several properties throughout the southeast. Having worked across an array of markets, including downtown conventions, military, sports, medical, business transient segment, she is able to share insights into the process, cost and challenges hotels face to attract guests. As a resourceful revenue leader, she uses her experience and award-winning management style to collaborate with each talented hotel team to maximize revenue.
Brenda’s many interests include reading, drawing, yoga, swimming and cooking, but she most enjoys cheering on her children and their competitive swim and baseball teams.
