Blake Spitler

Since joining LBA as a Property Accountant in February 2017, Blake Spitler has been a driving force behind LBA’s financial operations. Promoted to Assistant Director of Hotel Accounting in 2024, he oversees financial statements, owner reports and auditing processes, providing essential support to property accountants and assisting with month-end closings. His background in team building, customer service and relationship management, developed through previous roles, is critical to his current responsibilities.

Blake grew up watching his father’s work ethic and dedication pay off in continued advancement throughout his career. Blake uses those lessons as well as leaning into Vince Lombardi’s philosophy: “The only place success comes before work is in the dictionary,” as guiding forces in both his professional and personal pursuits.

Earning both a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and a Master’s in Operations Management from The University of Alabama, Blake spent many fall Saturdays watching the Tide play football.

In addition to a continued love of football, Blake enjoys hunting, kayak fishing, and taking trips with his wife and two children to the beach outside of work.
