As Regional Director of Sales, Beth Hogberg shares LBA’s belief that fostering a culture of teamwork, initiative and motivation can empower people to make wise decisions.

Beth’s mother helped cultivate these values in her from an early age, and Beth has embraced this philosophy throughout her career in hospitality and in her own role as mother to two great sons.

Beth began her career working for USA TODAY, where she was responsible for increasing circulation in several markets and industries, including hotels. She made a seamless transition from print media to the hospitality industry, taking on a Director of Sales role with Marriott, Hilton, IHG-branded hotels and an independent conference center based in Atlanta. After eight years in this role, Beth moved into a Regional Director of Sales position covering hotels in the North and Southeast regions for several notable hospitality management companies. Most recently, she served as Asset Manager for a real estate investment firm, overseeing a portfolio of Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt and IHG properties in conjunction with third party hotel management companies.

Beth joined LBA in 2021 and currently is drawing upon her 25 years of experience in sales and marketing to help hotels navigate the process of growing revenue and share. She is an Access Edge Certified Coach and firmly believes that if you really want to do something, you’ll find a way; if you don’t, you’ll find an excuse.

An avid tennis player, Beth also enjoys travel, the beach and the distinction of serving as part owner of the Green Bay Packers—along with 361,000 other fans. She resides in Suwanee, Georgia, and most often can be found spending time with family, friends and her German shepherd rescue dog, Geneva.
