Beau Benton

For Beau Benton, leadership has always been about people. Since joining LBA Hospitality, he has helped guide the company through continued growth while staying focused on what he believes gives LBA its greatest value: the people behind it.

A graduate of Auburn University with a degree in business, Beau began his career in public accounting, spending 14 years working closely with entrepreneurs and privately held businesses. While his background gave him a strong understanding of numbers and business performance, he was always most interested in the leadership, decisions, and relationships that ultimately shape a company’s long-term success.

Those same priorities have guided Beau throughout his career at LBA. Beau joined the company as Chief Financial Officer in 2005, became Chief Operating Officer in 2007, and has served as President since 2012. Today, he leads the executive team in shaping LBA’s vision, direction, and culture, with a leadership style rooted in trust and empowerment. He takes particular pride in creating an environment where associates are encouraged to think for themselves, take ownership, and grow throughout their careers.

Beau is also active in industry and community leadership. In January 2026, he was appointed to the board of directors of the Birmingham Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta. He serves as chair of the Wiregrass Foundation and on the Hilton Operations Advisory Council, and is a member of the Alabama Society of CPAs and the Wallace Community College Foundation.

Away from the office, Beau enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and being on the water. Some of his favorite downtime is spent with family at their home along Florida’s Gulf Coast.
