With more than 15 years of experience driving revenue strategy and over two decades with the company, Amy Meshnick is not only LBA’s self-proclaimed biggest fan, but also a true champion for excellence. Ask her team, and they’d say Amy is also their loudest cheerleader, bringing enthusiasm and passion to everything she does. Her unique perspective and exceptional leadership skills position her as an innovative leader within the company.

Amy’s hospitality journey started when she was just 16 years old, as a hotel front desk agent. Now, as Vice President of Revenue Management & Digital Marketing, Amy leads LBA’s Revenue and Digital Marketing teams, ensuring strategies are optimized to drive profits and deliver measurable outcomes, increasing value across the entire LBA portfolio.

Above all, Amy takes great pride in mentoring her team and helping each person achieve their highest potential. Whether she’s working with the Revenue leaders or Digital Marketing team, Amy dives in on strategic conversations and tirelessly problem solves.  Her leadership and emphasis on helping others succeed has positively impacted associates throughout the organization.

Outside of work, Amy enjoys spending time with the people she loves. She often spends her weekends experimenting with new recipes or hosting dinner parties. She’s also an avid reader and appreciates how books contribute to her own growth and development. Amy’s family remains a top priority in her life; she cherishes spending time with her parents, six siblings, and a growing crowd of nieces and nephews.
