Tempo by Hilton Pensacola Breaks Ground in Downtown Pensacola

LBA Hospitality recently joined longtime ownership partner 3H Group Hotels and local leaders to celebrate the groundbreaking of Tempo by Hilton Pensacola, a new 182-room hotel planned for downtown Pensacola, Florida.

The project marks another chapter in LBA’s long-standing partnership with 3H Group Hotels, built through years of collaboration across hotel development, operations, sales and marketing.

Located at 600 South Palafox Street near Pensacola Bay, Tempo Pensacola will bring Hilton’s lifestyle-focused Tempo brand to the heart of downtown. The approximately $65 million development is expected to open in 2028 and will include a resort-style pool and pool bar, fitness center, flexible meeting space and an on-site Bluestone Lane dining experience.

For LBA, the groundbreaking represents more than the start of a new hotel. It reflects the continued trust of an established ownership partner and a shared commitment to developing strong hotels in growing markets.
