Marriott Recognizes Three LBA Hotels with Select Brands Awards
LBA Hospitality is proud to announce that three of its hotels have been recognized with top honors at the recent Marriott Select Brands Owner & Franchisee CONNECT Conference, an annual event celebrating the achievements and contributions of Marriott’s partners.
The Courtyard Atlanta Duluth Downtown received the prestigious Diamond Circle Award, the highest honor given by Marriott Select Brands and a distinction reserved for only the most elite performers across the portfolio. This award recognizes hotels that consistently deliver exceptional guest satisfaction, outstanding financial results, and flawless brand execution — placing it among Marriott’s top select-service hotels and setting a standard for excellence.
Celebrating a standout year with two major awards, the TownePlace Suites Knoxville Oak Ridge earned the Gold Circle Award, placing it among the top 10% of Marriott Select Brands hotels in guest satisfaction. General Manager Rhonda Hartman was also honored as a Diamond General Manager of the Year, one of Marriott’s most prestigious leadership awards. Together, these achievements highlight the hotel’s remarkable leadership and results.
The Residence Inn Jacksonville South/Bartram Park was honored with the Silver Circle Award, ranking among the top 20% of hotels in guest satisfaction and standing out for its consistent commitment to delivering memorable guest experiences.
“These awards reflect the passion, talent, and hard work of our hotel teams, and we are thrilled to celebrate their well-deserved success,” said Farrah Adams, Chief Operating Officer of LBA Hospitality. “At LBA, we’re proud to stand behind our teams and help create an environment where they can shine. Seeing their dedication and care recognized by Marriott is incredibly meaningful, and we couldn’t be prouder of what they’ve accomplished.”
