As part of Hyatt’s recently introduced Hyatt Studios brand, the hotel reflects a modern approach to extended stay, designed for today’s travelers seeking comfort, flexibility, and convenience.
Owned by 3H Group and managed by LBA Hospitality, the property represents the third Hyatt Studios location developed by 3H Group and operated by LBA. The opening further expands the companies’ collaboration with Hyatt in the extended-stay segment. LBA Hospitality and 3H Group have played a key role in the rollout of the brand’s early locations, including Hyatt Studios Huntsville and Hyatt Studios Mobile / Tillmans Corner, and continue to support its growth through ongoing development.
