Dwayne Massengale

As Regional Director of Operations at LBA Hospitality, Dwayne Massengale brings a people-first approach grounded in hard work, heart, and humility. Known for his belief in “working hard, having fun, and being nice,” Dwayne leads with authenticity, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and genuine care across every property he supports.

Dwayne began his career in hospitality after earning a Bachelor of Science in Theology from Tennessee Temple University, carrying forward a strong foundation of integrity and service. Throughout his tenure as a General Manager, he consistently delivered exceptional performance, earning accolades including Marriott’s GM of the Year and Hotel of the Year.

He joined the LBA family in 2021 through the merger with 3H Group, and continues to champion owner profitability, elevated guest experiences, and empowered hotel teams. Dwayne firmly believes there’s no such thing as “that’s not my job,” and inspires others to take ownership with pride.

Outside of work, you’ll find Dwayne enjoying the great outdoors—fishing, boating, and soaking up time on the lake. A loyal Duke basketball fan, he also cherishes weekends with his wife, Bekah, and their children, Brevin and Allie. For Dwayne, becoming a father remains the most meaningful milestone of all.
