Wesner St. Vil

Wesner St. Vil is a transformational leader well-versed in the industry’s balancing act of achieving positive results for owners, meeting organizational objectives, cultivating strong employee engagement and curating exceptional guest experiences. As Regional Director of Operations, Wesner measures his own success through the accomplishments of those under his leadership, and he reflects his commitment to LBA Hospitality’s core values in his ongoing efforts to do the right thing and guide others accordingly.

Beginning his career in hospitality as a waiter at a Marriott hotel in Norwalk, Connecticut, Wesner worked his way up to food and beverage food and beverage director for a prominent hospitality management group in Manhattan, New York. Throughout his career, Wesner has garnered extensive experience in both general manager and operational leadership positions, and his areas of expertise include owner relations, associate engagement, leader training, change management and driving financial performance. In his current role, Wesner works alongside GMs in his region to achieve LBA’s strategic objectives and increase market share.

Wesner joined LBA in 2021 during the alliance with 3H Group Hotels, and he is leveraging more than 30 years of hospitality experience to help the properties under his purview practice ethical, responsible management grounded in service. A multilingual leader fluent in English, French, Spanish and Haitian Creole, Wesner earned an MBA in finance from Columbia Southern University and holds several industry awards for service excellence.

As an extension of his commitment to hospitality, Wesner has contributed almost 10 years of service to Habitat for Humanity. In his free time, he enjoys working out, trying new restaurants, watching sports and participating in friendly debates about current events. Wesner resides in Coconut Creek, Florida, and enjoys attending parties with his wife and visiting with extended family.
