Thomas Agar

As Vice President of Operations, Tom provides guidance to LBA’s team of associates to ensure the highest standards of quality and service are achieved across all LBA-managed properties. He draws on his previous experience with several top-brand hotels to help shape the future of LBA operations.

Before joining LBA in 2017, Tom managed several different teams at Marriott International, where he served as General Manager and Regional Director of Operations.  During his career with Marriott, Tom has received recognition for his leadership with enterprise level projects that resulted in organizational changes related to financial and process improvements. He also worked with the Hilton brand as Quality Assurance Manager for Embassy Suites.

Joining the LBA team in 2017, Tom utilizes his strengths in financial management and process development to ensure the company exceeds associate and guest expectations every day. He also works to keep LBA ahead of industry trends, giving the company an edge on the competition.

Away from the office, Tom enjoys spending time outdoors road cycling, golfing and working on various projects around his house.
