PAUL GOMEZ

Paul Gomez joined LBA in November 2025 as Corporate Sales Manager – Extended Stay. In this role, he focuses on driving corporate and extended-stay business for the Hyatt Studios and LivSmart Studios by Hilton hotels within the LBA portfolio.

With a strong background in business transient and extended‑stay sales, Paul brings a dynamic and diverse career foundation to LBA. His professional journey began in the United States Air Force, where he earned several medals of achievement and completed water and combat survival training in preparation for his assignment. He later transitioned into aviation as an in-flight crew member with JetBlue before moving into hospitality, where he built over a decade of sales experience across Hilton and Marriott full-service hotels, focusing primarily on the Business Travel segment.

Most recently, Paul expanded his expertise in the extended‑stay space with StayAPT, where he drove meaningful business growth through strong GM collaboration and scrappy, boots‑on‑the‑ground sales efforts. He has a strong record of brand performance, earning honors such as Hilton’s Circle of Excellence and Salesperson of the Quarter. Paul is also an active member of the Global Business Travel Association (GBTA) and the Oil and Gas Professionals Association.

Paul studied Emergency Management and Planning at the University of North Texas in Denton. His early military experience, combined with his aviation background and extensive hotel sales career, has shaped a well‑rounded, resilient, and highly adaptable sales professional—one who brings both strategic insight and hands‑on tenacity to every market he serves.

Now based on the Alabama Gulf Coast, Paul enjoys spending time near the ocean and exploring quick weekend getaways. He also makes time to reset on a quiet patio with a craft beer or glass of wine and continues to seek out ways to volunteer in his community. A proud dog owner, he shares his home with Dixie, a 10-year-old rescue. Paul credits his mother as his greatest role model and lives by the principle: “Do the right thing, even when nobody is looking.”
