JESSICA PEREIRA, CRME

At the age of 14, Jessica Pereira walked into a local high-end clothing store seeking a donation for her school’s upcoming fundraiser, and walked out with her first full-time job. Since then, Jessica has devoted her life’s work to sales, service, and hospitality. Drawing inspiration from the teachings of Buddha, her professional and personal philosophies are sculpted by the Buddhist expression, “What you think, you become. What you feel, you attract. What you imagine, you create.”

Jessica came on board with LBA in 2021. Her primary focus is helping to maximize revenue for LBA properties within her designated markets, which include hotels in Alabama, Florida, and Tennessee. Prior to joining the LBA team, she most recently served as Corporate Director of Revenue Management at a real estate investment and management company that owned and operated 10 full-service hotels. In her role, Jessica led the Revenue Department and oversaw more than $135 million in portfolio assets. Jessica brings 15 years of dedicated hospitality revenue management experience, including service to many of the industry’s largest brands and several major U.S. markets, including NYC, Chicago, and Miami.

She earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Hofstra University in Long Island, New York, where she launched her hospitality career. Jessica also holds the prestigious CRME certification in revenue management from the Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International.

When she isn’t taking photographs (of everything), meditating, or enjoying time in nature, Jessica often can be found watching movies or hosting dinner parties for friends. A dedicated lifelong student and avid traveler, Jessica challenges herself to journey outside of the country at least once a year and learn something new about a different culture. Jessica, better known as Jessie by most, enjoys spending time with her niece and nephew, Julie and Lucas, and two cats, Simba and Nala.
