As LBA’s Corporate Director of Food & Beverage, Lifestyle & Full-Service Brands, Chris Moore brings more than 20 years of culinary experience, creativity, and operational expertise to LBA’s food and beverage portfolio. She works closely with property teams to strengthen restaurant concepts, elevate the guest experience, and develop strategies that support both the outlet and the overall performance of the hotel.
Chris joined LBA in 2023 after serving as Director of Culinary Operations for a leading hospitality group, where she supported property executive chefs, streamlined F&B operations, and helped concept restaurants for new hotel openings. She earned a degree in English Literature from Chicago’s DePaul University before pursuing chef training at Kendall College of Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management. In 2021, Chris was honored as Stars of the Industry Best New Culinarian.
An avid Chicago Cubs fan, Chris enjoys Minor League Baseball, farmers’ markets, time with her dog, and adding to her growing vinyl collection.
