Chris Landry

As Regional Director of Sales, Chris has found the key to success in hard work, authentic relationships and loyalty. His parents set an early example for Chris, instilling in him the importance of dedication and a strong work ethic in achieving a higher level of success. 

Before joining LBA, Chris worked in the tourism industry as Athletics Sales Manager for the Southwest Louisiana/Lake Charles Convention and Visitors Bureau, but his heart remained in Hattiesburg, where he graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi. He began his hospitality career with LBA in 2008, working as Director of Sales at the Courtyard by Marriott, and the soon-to-open Residence Inn by Marriott in his beloved Hattiesburg, Mississippi.

As a Regional Director of Sales for LBA, Chris provides sales support to properties in his home State of Louisiana as well as the several surrounding states. He credits much of his success to the connections he has fostered throughout his career and values the lasting relationships he has built through his business networking. Chris proudly serves on the Board of Directors for the Louisiana Travel Association as well as the Louisiana Travel PAC. Chris was honored to be on the Meeting Planners International Young Leaders Advisory Council and has earned the MPI Gulf States Trail Blazer Award, and University of Southern Mississippi Alumni Association Outstanding Service Award.

Chris lives in Covington, Louisiana with his wife and two sons. Dedicated sports enthusiasts, they plan much of their life activities around the schedules of their favorite teams – New Orleans Saints, Houston Astros, LSU and, of course, Southern Miss.
