As Regional Director of Operations, Bob Dollinger shares LBA Hospitality’s belief that the quality of an organization’s commitment shapes the quality of their results. His professional philosophy is influenced by the time-honored adage that nobody cares how much you know until they know how much you care, and he draws upon 23 years of hospitality expertise to help his teams discern new and better ways to provide guests and owners with exceptional service.
Bob earned a degree in business administration from Pensacola Christian College in 1997, and, after graduating, began his career working with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. The following year, he stepped into the general manager position at an area hotel, and hospitality has held his heart ever since. For 21 years, Bob served as the Vice President of Operations for 3H Group Hotels, joining LBA Hospitality in 2021 as part of the company’s alliance with 3H Group.
In his current role, Bob is putting his nearly 25 years of hospitality experience to work outfitting team members with the necessary tools and resources to achieve their goals, as well as those goals established for their properties and by hotel ownership. Bob’s teams have been honored with numerous guest services awards over the years, and his specific areas of expertise include achieving positive financial results, encouraging personal growth and fostering a culture of exemplary guest service.
An avid outdoorsman, Bob often can be found on the golf course, playing soccer, cycling, hiking, paddle boarding and riding motorcycles, as well as attending sporting events and house concerts. He resides in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and most enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, Jessica, and hanging out with friends.
