Andrea Wittrup, Regional Director of Revenue Management for LBA Hospitality, is responsible for overseeing the daily revenue management of a designated hotel region and reviewing hotel financials, to drive topline revenue while staying within budget guidelines. Her region includes states in both the Mid-Atlantic and Southern United States.
While Andrea brings many pragmatic capabilities to her role, she is also a creative mind who lives and works by the notion: “We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them.”
After earning an associate degree in business management, Andrea went on to receive advanced certificates in Human Resource Management, Coaching and Change Management, Crucial Conversations and Crucial Accountability. A seasoned hospitality industry professional, Andrea holds brand experience with Hilton, Marriott, and Radisson. Her previous responsibilities and skills included operations, revenue strategy and analysis, front office management and more.
Andrea often surprises people when she meets them in person for the first time. Since most of her work communication is over the phone or by email, Andrea’s colleagues don’t know she stands more than six feet tall until they get together!
On weekends, Andrea’s days are filled with her children’s sports and pastimes. While she loves watching them train, compete and perform, Andrea’s favorite way to spend time is finding new adventures and making memories with her family. Her father, who passed away in 2021, was—and will always be—Andrea’s hero.
