LivSmart Studios Huntsville Opens Under LBA Management

LivSmart Studios by Hilton Huntsville Research Park Area officially opened its doors on Tuesday, September 8, marking the third LivSmart Studios hotel in LBA Hospitality’s portfolio.

Developed in partnership with longtime ownership partner 3H Group Inc., the 119-room extended-stay hotel is located near Bridge Street Town Centre, The Orion Amphitheater, and the U.S. Space & Rocket Center. Designed for longer stays, the hotel features apartment-style guest rooms, an outdoor patio and grilling area, on-site laundry and workspace, and an expanded fitness center.

The Huntsville hotel continues LBA Hospitality and 3H Group’s growing involvement with Hilton’s LivSmart Studios brand. The companies opened the very first LivSmart Studios property in Tullahoma, Tennessee, followed by LivSmart Studios Pensacola earlier this summer. Huntsville now becomes the third LivSmart Studios hotel owned by 3H Group and managed by LBA Hospitality, further establishing both companies as experienced partners in the brand’s early growth.

Hilton recognized the collaboration behind the Huntsville and Pensacola openings, citing the expertise of 3H Group, LBA Hospitality, and Grace Construction Consultants as an important part of the brand’s growth.

The opening also reflects LBA’s continued strength in supporting new hotel development and pre-opening operations, bringing together teams across the company to prepare properties for successful launches.
