The new extended-stay hotel is the second LivSmart Studios property opened by 3H Group and managed by LBA Hospitality
PENSACOLA, Fla. – July 21, 2026 – LivSmart Studios by Hilton Pensacola I-10 North Davis Highway is now open, bringing Hilton’s newest extended-stay brand to Florida’s Gulf Coast. Located at 7077 Plantation Road, the hotel is owned by 3H Group and managed by LBA Hospitality.
The Pensacola hotel is the second LivSmart Studios property opened by 3H Group and managed by LBA Hospitality, following the opening of LivSmart Studios Tullahoma in 2025 as the brand’s very first hotel. The companies are also preparing to open a LivSmart Studios property in Huntsville, Alabama, later this year.
